Melitta® EPOS® interprets traditional by-hand filtration in a new way – not just in terms of its optics. The first to do so, it automates the Pour Over process and lets you experience a coffee ritual which is unique in its form: as if brewed by hand, but at the touch of a button.
It all starts with the bean.
The perfect Pour Over coffee begins with freshly ground beans. Thanks to the integrated coffee grinder of Melitta® EPOS®, you choose how fine or coarse you want the coffee to be ground directly into the filter. And how strong it should be, thanks to three grind level settings. Melitta® EPOS® selects the amount of coffee automatically based on your desired number of cups.
As if brewing by hand.
Thanks to the open filter, you experience the brewing process with all your senses. The water spout rotates 360° and simultaneously changes the direction and water flow. In this way, the coffee is optimally and quickly dampened as if by hand. The perfect aroma is created by the pre-brew function, which gives the coffee time for blooming. The various brewing profiles ensure your coffee is always delicious, regardless of the amount – whether 2 or 8 cups.

Using the touch panel of Melitta® EPOS®, you can customise your Pour Over preference with ease. The number of cups, the strength of the coffee, the pre-brew function – simply select how you'd liketo enjoy your coffee, at the touch of a button. Ingenious down to the last detail.
Melitta® EPOS® not only brews exceptional coffee with its 1,515 Watts of power, it is also easy to care for and maintain. The grinding mechanism and coffee bean container are removable and easy to wash. The same goes for the filter holder and jug, which are even dishwasher-safe. For maximum convenience, the water tank can be taken out and refilled directly from the tap. And the hot plate keeps your coffee warm for up to 40 minutes, before automatically turning off.

Warranty & Returns
Barista Warehouse Returns
Barista Warehouse offers a hassle returns and exchange policy that lets you return any purchased item for a store credit, refund or exchange for another item provided that it meets the following conditions:
The item is returned within 14 days from the date of your order.
Presents 'as new' in appearance, is unused and show no signs of use, wear and tear or damage. We cannot accept a return for items that have been used.
Be packaged in it's original undamaged packaging with all product tickets and tags.
The item's original packaging is not marked or used as the outer layer of packaging for transport. Please ensure you do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging.
Barista Warehouse is not responsible for any freight charges on returned items unless the item(s) being returned have arrived damaged or faulty in which case we will send a pre-paid return label to send the item back.
Items being returned must include a copy of the receipt/invoice for the order.
We do not accept returns on any machines, electrical parts, special order items, apparel, books, posters and dvds. So please choose wisely.
Items returned with a value >$400 will be eligible for a store credit or exchange only.
All returns must be authorised by Barista Warehouse before sending the item back to us. Please contact one of our friendly Team Members via hello@baristawarehouse.com.au or using the contact form online for our Returns Address and instructions to get the ball rolling and start the return process.
Incorrect/Faulty/Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your order has been damaged on the way to you, is faulty on arrival or you have simply received an incorrect item in your order or it does not match the product description we will help to get this sorted for you as quickly as possible. Please notify us via hello@baristawarehouse.com.au or using the contact form online within 3 business days of receiving your order of any discrepancies or damaged products and we will begin the hassle free return process. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Faulty or damaged items are subject to the following conditions:
If an item is faulty or damaged on arrival and the fault/damage amounts to a major failure of the product you are entitled to a refund or a replacement of the product.
If the item fails to be of acceptable quality but the failure does not amount to a major failure you are entitled to have the item repaired or replaced. Barista Warehouse will determine the extent of the failure once assessed by a team member.
Faulty/damaged items being returned must include a copy of the receipt/invoice for the order.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by a defined time. However, the Australian Consumer Law does recognise that the relevant time period can vary from product to product, depending on factors such as the nature of the product and the price. Barista Warehouse adopts the same approach. As you can appreciate, the type of remedy we can offer you may also vary depending on how long it takes you to return the product to us.

Upon receiving your return we will assess your item/s and contact you to confirm we have received and processed your return. Returns are processed within 3 business days of receiving your parcel at our warehouse and we will notify you via email once your return has been completed.
