Description

The Bellman Seal Kits is a set of 5 replacement seals which is compatible with both the Bellman CX25 and CX25P Stove Top Coffee Makers.

  • Top Knob Seal
  • Flat Top Lid Seal
  • Basket Reducer Seal
  • Basket Seal
  • Internal Shaft/Rod Seal

Please note: Seal Kit does not include the bottom seal for the nut under the base of each unit. It is recommended not to remove this nut.

Warranty & Returns

Barista Warehouse Returns

Barista Warehouse offers a hassle returns and exchange policy that lets you return any purchased item for a store credit, refund or exchange for another item provided that it meets the following conditions:

  • The item is returned within 14 days from the date of your order.
  • Presents 'as new' in appearance, is unused and show no signs of use, wear and tear or damage. We cannot accept a return for items that have been used.
  • Be packaged in it's original undamaged packaging with all product tickets and tags.
  • The item's original packaging is not marked or used as the outer layer of packaging for transport. Please ensure you do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging.
  • Barista Warehouse is not responsible for any freight charges on returned items unless the item(s) being returned have arrived damaged or faulty in which case we will send a pre-paid return label to send the item back.
  • Items being returned must include a copy of the receipt/invoice for the order.
  • We do not accept returns on any machines, electrical parts, special order items, apparel, books, posters and dvds. So please choose wisely.
  • Items returned with a value >$400 will be eligible for a store credit or exchange only.

All returns must be authorised by Barista Warehouse before sending the item back to us. Please contact one of our friendly Team Members via hello@baristawarehouse.com.au or using the contact form online for our Returns Address and instructions to get the ball rolling and start the return process.

 

Incorrect/Faulty/Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your order has been damaged on the way to you, is faulty on arrival or you have simply received an incorrect item in your order or it does not match the product description we will help to get this sorted for you as quickly as possible.  Please notify us via hello@baristawarehouse.com.au or using the contact form online within 3 business days of receiving your order of any discrepancies or damaged products and we will begin the hassle free return process. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.  Faulty or damaged items are subject to the following conditions:

  • If an item is faulty or damaged on arrival and the fault/damage amounts to a major failure of the product you are entitled to a refund or a replacement of the product.
  • If the item fails to be of acceptable quality but the failure does not amount to a major failure you are entitled to have the item repaired or replaced. Barista Warehouse will determine the extent of the failure once assessed by a team member.
  • Faulty/damaged items being returned must include a copy of the receipt/invoice for the order.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by a defined time. However, the Australian Consumer Law does recognise that the relevant time period can vary from product to product, depending on factors such as the nature of the product and the price. Barista Warehouse adopts the same approach. As you can appreciate, the type of remedy we can offer you may also vary depending on how long it takes you to return the product to us.

If you have any questions or concerns about whether your item/s meet the above criteria, please contact us, we are happy to help.  We recommend sending any returns via registered post or tracked courier as we do not accept responsibility for lost items. Upon receiving your return we will assess your item/s and contact you to confirm we have received and processed your return. Returns are processed within 3 business days of receiving your parcel at our warehouse and we will notify you via email once your return has been completed.

Bellman CX-25

Awesome coffee from the Bellman. We take it away in our camper and enjoy coffee almost the same as from our machine at home. We find Alternative Brewing our go to supplier for all our coffee making equipment. Great service at a good price.

Brought our Bellman 3 years ago off Alternate Brewing and have been using it every day since. It make great coffee. We hsve been travelling past 5.5yrs and when remote we missed our espresso morning coffee but not anymore. Best item we have purchased

Best Bellman

I've had my Bellman stovetop with steamer wand for 4 years and I use it every day. This is the second time I've purchased the seal kit to replace the grommets, which do break down over time. I love how sustainable it is and that the Bellman can be used for years and years. Replacing the grommets is easy and instantly fixes any issues with losing pressure during brewing and milk steaming.

Bellman Milk Steamer

I have used different Italian steamers over the last twenty years, and this one is the best, and a joy to use. You need to be a bit careful, it is using steam under pressure, but it works fabulously well. It is easy to buy new seals from Alternative Brewing if you need them. I love this steamer.
